Quick Start
Forge supports two main journeys for product work, plus a separate Database Migration path for Sybase → SQL Server. Open the guide that matches how you are starting.

Default pipeline (New Build / Modernization): Intent → PRD-Spec → Architecture → (optional UI Design) → User Stories → Testing → Application Context.
Database Migration pipeline: Overview → Validate → Discover → Deploy & Migrate → Report → Complete.
Some tenants still use separate PRD + BRD instead of PRD-Spec — see .
